If you deserve awesome clients who’ll pay you what you’re worth — You’ll have awesome clients who’ll pay you what you’re worth.
At least if I’ve got something to do with it…
Why we’ll get along:
I love doing business with coaches who crave authenticity in their marketing. Who believe in always putting clients first. Who use their powers of persuasion for good, not evil.
Marketing, to me, is simple.
It is identifying and understanding your target audience – knowing their dreams, wants, and desires… and then communicating the outcome you deliver in a way that clearly resonates with your ideal client…
“Sell them what they want, give them what they need.”
This age-old marketing adage definitely applies to your coaching practice.
If you want to connect with your ideal client, you have to understand her problems better than she does herself… You need to be able to describe what she’s going through in a way that leaves her feeling like you’re the only one who can help her.
That’s how you attract clients who are willing to pay your fees.
It’s all about communicating the outcome you deliver.
And yet, most coaches don’t know where to begin.
That’s because many of us (especially those of us in the helping profession) seem to have a BIG mental block when it comes to marketing and selling ourselves.
Which is why getting help from an outside professional is a very smart idea.
Mostly because an objective outsider is able to help you communicate your offer in a clear and valuable way.
When you’re too close to your own marketing, it’s easy to end up second guessing yourself. And all that does is lead to analysis-paralysis.
Who I help:
I help coaches who have the confidence and the skill to really make a difference in their client’s lives. Even if you’re not clear about who your ideal target market is yet… or without being 100% clear on your signature offer, either…
Because that’s what I’m here to help you figure out.
What makes me qualified to help you:
About 7 years ago I finished a masters in psychology and obtained certification as a relationship coach. I promptly set out to market my practice, but when people asked me what I did for a living, I struggled to respond in a clear way.
I’d talk endlessly about the work I did… about my process of helping… about all the homework I give my clients… and about my expertise as a therapist and coach…
Inevitably I would watch my prospect’s eyes glazing over… Their enthusiasm to know more about me slipping away… right in front of my eyes.
I knew I needed to figure out how to communicate the value I offer in a way that resonated… So I set out to learn how to market myself effectively.
Once I got clear about who I help, and how… I was finally able to:
Summarize what I do for a living, and why it’s so valuable in one short sentence. This quickly resonated with my ideal clients and they naturally hired me to help them… without me having to do one single ounce of convincing.
Because of my success with attracting new clients, my skills as a therapist and coach became highly effective… by working with only one target market, I got great at helping that ONE group.
In my case, I chose to help single women who wanted to get into a loving, long term relationship.
And I did help them. I have success story after success story of women who have met the men of their dreams, had babies, and who’ve gotten married.
It is endlessly satisfying to know that I was able to make such a difference in these women’s lives.
And now, I’ve switched my focus to helping coaches create successful coaching practices… So they can experience the satisfaction of helping their ideal clients. Just like I had the satisfaction of helping mine.
That’s all that I do today.
I help you attract ideal clients who are happy to pay you what you’re worth. With a clear signature offer that you market to one target market with expertly written copywriting… you’ll be getting paid for your services sooner than you ever thought possible… even if you’ve felt huge resistance to choosing only ONE target market in the past.
The moral of the story is this…
By choosing to work with one target market (at a time) you become an expert at helping that one group. And you’ll be able to work with a wider audience in the future…
My only recommendation is to work with one target market at a time. Gain some traction… Start earning some money… And do a great job at making a massive difference in the lives of the people you serve.
And then, once you’ve built a successful practice you can expand out from there… Doing things this way makes your life and your marketing SO much simpler. It saves you time and money. And it gives you the opportunity to really make a difference in your client’s lives.
It really is a beautiful thing…
